The system allows targeted requests for follow-up certificates when an illness extends beyond the end of the last incapacity certificate. HeavenHR notifies you when and how often a certificate may be requested and always shows the current response status from the health insurance provider.

Request Pre-existing Conditions

HeavenHR supports you in inquiring about pre-existing conditions to calculate continued pay correctly. Through the system, you can send targeted inquiries to health insurance providers to determine if any relevant pre-existing conditions apply to a current incapacity. Employers can use this inquiry once at least 30 days of incapacity have been reached. HeavenHR streamlines this process and ensures that all relevant information is automatically and legally integrated into payroll.
